History of Tournament
The Hospice of Charleston golf tournament started in 2004 by hospice patient, Jim Palmer's family and friends. The goal was to raise $25,000 to honor Jim's zest for life by naming a room at the Mt. Pleasant hospice center in his memory. After meeting their goal, the tournament lives on to increase awareness of hospice services and to continue to raise funds that support the mission of Hospice of Charleston.
